"Is it recording...? This is Alcryst. I'm sorry for not being able to answer your call right now, but I'll get back to you as soon as possible. ...So what button do I pr-"

[How else is he supposed to sneak around places? He plays around a little with the shower and manages to figure out how to turn it on.]
...Actually, don't answer that. I know Timerra would appreciate getting to call me whenever. Plus-- [He glances over his shoulder and smiles.] I might not have realised you needed me, if I didn't use those things to reach out.
no subject
[They won't always be on the Somniel together, and they have responsibilities to their countries... but Alcryst wants to stay close to Fogado emotionally, if not physically.]
no subject
[He steps into the shower, letting the hot water run over his face and hair before he steps aside a little.]
C'mon, there's plenty of room for both of us.
no subject
[Alcryst joins Fogado in the shower. He's probably allowed to appreciate the way Fogado looks with the water running down his skin, considering, but he still feels a little embarrassed to be gawking so openly.
He reaches for the soap to start washing Fogado's back for him. He's been in a communal bath before, and this is sort of like that, right? Except about a hundred times more intimate.]
no subject
Oh, that feels nice. Thanks. [He braces his hands against against the wall of the shower, so he can hold still for Alcryst.]

Someone sold me 'shampoo' for cleaning hair and I've been using it for a few days now. Would you like to try it? It seems to work better than what I have at home. -Also, the kind they sold me is rose-scented.
[just little medieval things: shampoo is Cool and New]
no subject
[He still needed to find oils for his hair that rivalled the stuff he used in Solm, too, but that's a worry for another time.]
How do I use it?
no subject
[He starts to massage it into Fogado's scalp. If nothing else it certainly feels nice.
Yes of course Alcryst looked up the Correct Way To Apply Shampoo.]
no subject
[He ducks his head a little so Alcryst can reach more easily, closing his eyes. Prince or not, he's not actually used to getting pampered when he spends so much time trecking around deserts.]
no subject
[which is definitely the main reason Fogado will send him a rose later and not romantic intent, right]
no subject
[Yet another thing they have in common...! He'll have to remember that. Once he's sure his hair is good and shampooed he rinses it out, guessing that's probably the right thing to do, and grabs the soap so he can start scrubbing down Alcryst, starting with his chest.]
You really are cute, you know. I'm a lucky guy. [Maybe a Brodian warrior would prefer to be called differently to 'cute' when their physique is being touched and admired, but Fogado isn't Brodian warriors.]
no subject
Y-you're really too kind to me, Prince Fogado. But thank you?
[The 'prince' is back now that he's not distracted by sex.]
no subject
[Fogado draws him closer again, just enough that he can press a (admittedly wet, they are in the shower) kiss to his forehead.]
It's just me. You can relax.
no subject
[That's totally how it works, right.
He hesitates, then quickly and lightly kisses Fogado's cheek. Mwa.]
no subject
[He doesn't like him any less just for being nervous, and he's not trying to make him feel bad about it. He moves behind him to start soaping his back next. Maybe it will feel enough like a massage to get him to relax a bit.]
no subject
[Fogado washing his back does feel very nice, and a little of the tension leaves his shoulders.]
...Is it really alright just to call you Fogado?
no subject
[Despite relaxed appearances, Fogado's given the idea a lot of thought. Solm loves its easygoing, freespirited prince who doesn't stick to convention, so that's what he does his best to be for them. Loosening up even more in another world can't hurt, especially with how hard they've fought in the war.]
Aaaand, just between us, but I love how you said my name earlier. I wouldn't mind hearing that more often. [Fogado's getting awfully low where he's washing his back... and a hand sneaks onto Alcryst's ass, squeezing playfully.]
no subject
[Oh, well. Alcryst's face flames red, and he squeaks and jumps a little when Fogado squeezes him.]
Fogado!
[He meant say his name like that, right.]
no subject
[Fogado just couldn't help himself, especially after getting that cute little squeak out of it. He gives his ass one last cheeky little rub down before he moves on to the shampoo.]
Seriously, though, being informal with each other isn't a sign of disrespect. If anything, it's a sign we trust each other, right? We can see each other beyond our titles.
no subject
[Alcryst says it immediately, without hesitation or even special emphasis. Of course he trusts Fogado.]
I might forget now and then, but... I'll try to be casual with you.
[It's not something he's good at, but Fogado is the person he'd try the hardest for.]
no subject
[He can do it when the situation calls, but keeping it casual is nice, too, even around the Divine Dragon. He sets the bottle of shampoo aside once he's done with it, massaging it into Alcryst's hair.]
I think I'm doing this right. Right?
no subject
[So he probably isn't doing it wrong. Alcryst sighs contentedly at the feeling.]
no subject
Next time we do this, I'll think ahead and bring a change of clothes.
no subject
[Fogado's too buff for Alcryst's pajamas.]
no subject
[It wouldn't be a problem if it was the other way around. In fact, Alcryst would look very cute in an oversized shirt.]
